YOU CANNOT OVERCOME WHAT YOU WILL NOT CONFRONT.
Many of us today are overwhelmed with the juggling of multiple responsibilities. We live hectic lives with multiple roles and yearn to live a life of purpose. Because of these many roles, it leads to working long hours, which in turn produces little self or family time, high frustration and stress levels and low personal joy or peace of mind.

A process through which clients work one-on-one in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
INDIVIDUAL
THERAPY

group
THERAPY
A small group of clients who meet regularly to discuss, interact, and share problems with each other to better understand themselves in the context of their relationships so that they can make more informed, healthy, and adaptive choices based on a deeper awareness of their feelings, interpersonal behaviors, reactions, and patterns.

COUPLE
THERAPY
Assisting partners in improving communication, expanding intimacy and understanding one another better. The goal for couples should not necessarily be a conflict-free relationship but one that manages conflict in a fair, healthy and timely manner.

Coaching & Corporate Traingings
Coaching is available for executives and professionals that are looking to improve their performance in various areas including but not limited to: leadership skills, work-family balance, emotional intelligence, effective communication, productivity and performance. The group or individual will also explore anxiety reduction, goal setting, prioritizing and stress management.
